- Returns & exchanges
- Due to the nature of personalized, made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons. However, if there is a defect on our part such as damage, malfunction, or engraving error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After confirmation, we will handle it by exchange or remake.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation may be accepted before production starts. Cancellation after production starts cannot be accepted.
