We provide the sale and production of laser-engraved gifts, lost-pet tags, and personalized goods for pets such as dogs and cats.

2. About orders

Customers shall place orders after confirming the content described on the product page. Please be sure to check that the engraving content, personalization, and design selection are correct.

3. About made-to-order products

Our products are made-to-order, including personalization, engraving, and design specification. We cannot accept changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after production starts.

4. About design

The on-screen preview is an image of the finished product. Due to material characteristics, the nature of laser engraving, and the display environment, color, shading, and line thickness may differ from the actual product.

5. Prohibited acts

Customers must not engage in the following acts.

• Entering false information
• Using images or content that infringe the rights of third parties
• Requesting engraving content contrary to public order and morals
• Using the site's images, text, or designs without permission
• Interfering with our operations

6. Copyright

The copyright of images, text, designs, illustrations, logos, etc. posted on this site belongs to us or the rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, redistribution, and commercial use are prohibited.

We pay close attention to product quality control and shipping, but we may not be liable for delays due to weather, traffic, carrier circumstances, system failures, etc.
